Woman Ordered 103-Pound Rottweiler To Attack Boyfriend's 9-Year-Old Child

A Florida woman accused of killing her boyfriend's nine-year-old daughter ordered a 103-pound rottweiler to attack her.

According to Fox 35 Orlando , Tyshael Elise Martin , 34, was arrested and taken into custody on Wednesday (August 28) on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, and child neglect in connection to the death of 9-year-old Jamaria Sessions .

The arrest came after Sessions was found unresponsive at a home she shared with Martin on June 17. Emergency personnel discovered Sessions with multiple abrasions, bruises, burns, and possible bite marks.

Video footage from the home security system showed Sessions being "viciously" attacked by the family's rottweiler on June 15. Martin directed the assault, holding the dog's leash as it attacked the girl. In the footage, Martin also repeatedly kicked Sessions as she lay motionless on the floor.

"I’m fixin’ to kill her," Martin said in the footage, according to deputies.

During their investigation, authorities also found Sessions was regularly given punishments of "extended wall sits, running in place with her arms raised, being hit with various objects, and receiving kicks, punches, and pinches," Fox 35 reports.

An autopsy report cited Sessions' cause of death as complications from multiple blunt injuries to the head, torso, and extremities, as well as thermal injury to her right foot. The manner of death was ruled as homicide.

Martin is currently in custody at the Lake County Jail without bond. Sessions' father, Lojuan , has not been charged.

The Lake County Sheriff's Office described Sessions' treatment as "the worst case of aggravated child abuse we've ever seen."
