Binghamton will see little rain, sunny days this weekend. Here's the forecast

You might have to bring out your raincoat and umbrellas this Saturday, otherwise the sun will be shining over the Southern Tier this weekend.

The National Weather Service expects temperatures to be in the 80s in the Binghamton area, with less wind and showers compared to last weekend's weather forecast.

Look forward to a mostly dry and sunny weekend with comfortable temperatures, instead.

On Friday, temperatures will steadily climb to a high of 77 degrees around 4:30 p.m. After sunset Friday, temperatures will drop back down to the high 50s.

Weather this Saturday in Binghamton

On Saturday, expect temperatures in the mid-70s throughout the day with cloudy skies and moments of sunshine.

There will be a slight chance of showers evolving into thunderstorms after 2 p.m. With a chance of temperatures reaching a high of 85 degrees in the afternoon around 4 p.m., a breeze will be coming in from the southwest at 6 mph. As night falls, temperatures will drop to the low 60s with partly cloudy skies.

Weather this Sunday in Binghamton

Before sunrise Sunday, expect limited visibility with patchy fog across the region around 4 a.m. until about 9 a.m.

Temperatures will start out in the low 60s and climb throughout the day with a possible high of 82 degrees. Around 6 p.m. temperatures will start to drop to the mid-70s, when there will be cloudy skies and later, an overnight low of 61 degrees.
