Full concert lineup revealed for 2024 Big Fresno Fair
The Big Fresno Fair just made another big announcement for this year's concert series.Two more showstoppers will take the stage at the Paul Paul Theater.The All-American Rejects bring their hits to the Fair on Thursday, October 10.Get your emo-pop on with classics such as Move Along, Dirty Little Secret, Swing, Swing and It Ends Tonight.The Grammy-award-winning "Mariachi Divas" will be performing October 5th.The internationally known group features an all-female ensemble of mariachi musicians.You can find the full lineup of fair concerts by clicking here.The fair fun runs October 2 through the 14th.

Celebrate California's wildlife with event in Fresno
The Fresno Chaffee Zoo will join forces with the San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust to celebrate California's wildlife through a day of special events and activities.There will be two sets of hands-on activities taking place this Saturday, August 31, at the River Center on Old Friant Road near Woodward Park.It's followed by a celebration for all event participants.There will also be food trucks on site for lunch options, as people learn more about local conservation organizations on site and enjoy free ice cream and popsicles.This event is free!

Fresno State Marching Band to perform in 2025 Rose Parade
Fresno State is returning to Pasadena, as the Bulldog Marching Band has once again been chosen to perform in the Tournament of Roses Parade.They will also take part in the Bandfest Field Show, featuring the fancy footwork you see at Bulldog football games.Fresno State performed in the Rose Parade in January of 2023.The 2025 Rose Parade will take place January 1 in Pasadena.The community is invited to watch the marching band begin preparations for the Rose Parade.Their rehearsals are this Friday and Saturday from 6 pm to 10 pm and are free and open to the public.They will perform what they've been practicing between 8:45 pm and 9:45 pm each evening.
