‘Feeling of freedom’: Wisconsin sailor Stephanie Roble to make second Olympic appearance
Stephanie Roble grew up in East Troy and was destined to be a sailor on Lake Beulah. “My dad was into sailing,” Roble said. “When I was born, he and my brother sailed around the lake with ‘IT’S A GIRL’ on the on the sail.
