The Big Sky Conference office has released its 2024 Spring All-Academic Team, honoring 667 athletes spanning seven different sports. Idaho State (76) edged Montana State (73) in sports which the Bobcats participate during the spring season. USPS opens Big Sky post office
This morning, July 15, the United States Postal Service opened its new post office in Big Sky, the community’s first federally operated post office. The post office is located at 110 Meadow Village Dr., around the corner from the now-retired Big Sky Post Office, which operated for decades under contract with USPS—the old location will keep its P.O. box lobby open through Saturday, July 20, to allow P.O. box-holders to pick up remaining mail.

Knife-Wielding Woman Arrested in Missoula After Altercation
Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - At approximately 6:27 p.m. on July 11, 2024, a Missoula Police Department Officer was dispatched to the area of 501 North California Street. The 911 complainant said there was a female with a knife swinging it at people. Another officer contacted the female on the bike path west of California Street. Officers could see the knife in her right pocket. Once the officers gained positive control of the female, they removed the knife from the female’s right pocket.
