HLWW unveils new strategic plan intended to guide the district to a better future for all stakeholders
Superintendent Nate Walbruch and Board Member Shannah Mulvihill attended a recent Winsted City Council meeting to present the strategic plan to the council. While the formation of the plan began last year, some of the most foundational work for it took place earlier this year when the district hosted several listening sessions to hear the compliments, desires, and concerns of each group of stakeholders in the district.
