1: Deer gun licenses remain after lottery . North Dakota’s deer gun lottery has concluded, but those who may have missed their chance to acquire a license during the drawing can still apply for one of the over 3,800 that still remain available.

2: Man arrested after bizarre scene at New Salem gas station . It happened on Monday night when deputies say the suspect had stolen another man’s SUV and drove it to the gas station in New Salem. There, deputies say the man got out of the vehicle and hopped into a pickup that was pulling a livestock trailer and tried driving away. Deputies say he jackknifed the trailer, and the truck driver took a cell phone picture of the suspect and called it in.

3: No more traffic light at Broadway and Airport Road in Bismarck . The traffic signal at Broadway Avenue and Airport Road will be taken out of service on Wednesday, June 26 at 9:00 a.m. It will not be replaced — instead east and west traffic will be free-flowing and north traffic will be controlled by a stop sign.

4: Bismarck man allegedly shoots neighbor through apartment wall with BB gun . A Bismarck man was arrested Monday after allegedly firing BB gun pellets through a wall of his apartment, one of which struck a woman in the hand, who was living in the neighboring apartment.

5: Valley Rental pt. 1: Former tenants claim falsified fees . Earlier this year, we brought you the story of a lady who said she’d been treated poorly by a local apartment management business. Since then, we’ve heard from dozens of community members, all saying they had the same experience. Now, KX News has sat down with several of those people to bring you their stories.
