BREAKING: Big Meech Reportedly Has Been Released From Prison

According to The Jasmine Brand , Big Meech has been released from prison. The mastermind behind the Black Mafia Family (BMF), is reportedly out of prison after serving over 15 years for drug charges.

According to a tweet from HuffPost’s Phil Lewis , a spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed that Meech was transferred on Tuesday (Oct. 15) from FCI Coleman Low, a low-security correctional facility in Florida, to “community confinement.” Community confinement is described as either home confinement or a halfway house. He is set to complete his sentence on Jan. 27, 2026.

Meech has been a huge figure in hip-hop, and his story has inspired shows and movies, which kept him in the spotlight even while he was locked up. More news to come as the story develops.
