Danville Parks and Recreation held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday for the new splash pad in Doyle J Thomas Park. The ribbon cutting followed a soft opening on Monday. The new splash pad will be open from 10 am to 6 pm Monday-Thursday and 10 am to 8 pm Friday-Sunday.
