Patriotism that is alive and well
Although America is living in tumultuous times, it has technically been blessed of late with peace. An unsteady and “walking on eggshells” kind of peace, but certainly a momentary calm. The virus that has attacked us from foreign soil has enlisted us in a battle that this generation has never experienced.

A challenge to hear His voice
Today I was thinking about “following” in my daddy’s footsteps. Doing what He would do and thinking the thoughts He would think. Some once said, “God doesn’t have to work very hard – He just creates a lot of things with His words.” I don’t know if all that is true, but I do know that if we can learn to follow His speech… The King’s speech… and we would be amazed at how our lives would change.

WHITE LAKE – Jake Womble’s journey to success started at 5 years old at White Lake on the Putt-Putt golf course. Light a few candles, cook your delicacy, play Dean Martin music and ‘Poof,’ you’re in Italy
Here is a simple and delicious dish that you can have on the table in no time at all. I’ve come to master this recipe as it was my nephew, Marty’s favorite and requested it every time he came to visit. You can make this with either pounded out chicken breasts or simply with chicken tenders. This can be served over pasta or goes well just alone with a side of broccoli. chicken Marsala is an Italian American dish of golden pan-fried chicken cutlets and mushrooms in a rich Marsala wine sauce.
