Judge dismisses Nina Jankowicz lawsuit against Fox News
A judge in Delaware tossed a lawsuit filed by Nina Jankowicz, the former head of the short-lived Department of Homeland Security (DHS) disinformation board, against Fox News. The judge granted Fox’s motion on Monday to have the case dismissed, according to court documents, ruling the statements Jankowicz had alleged were defamatory were either about the board she oversaw and not her, or were materially true.

Maryland Correctional Officer Pleads Guilty to Misconduct
Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown announced that Ajee Xavier Myers, a Correctional Dietary Officer (CDO) at the Maryland Correctional Institution for Women (MCIW) in Jessup, has pled guilty to misconduct in office. Dover Air Force Base unveils new electric vehicle chargers, remains largely dependent on fuel
Dover Air Force Base is the first of three Air Force bases to have electric vehicle chargers constructed on-base. They have roughly 36 chargers with more on the way. The ratio of gas-to-electric vehicles on base is still relatively small, according to Assistant Secretary for Installations and Energy Ravi Chaudhary.
