Pittston Area softball team honored at school board meeting

The team’s 2024 season ended with a loss in extra innings to Thomas Jefferson in the PIAA Class 5A state championship game. The program’s success over the past half-decade, under the leadership of Frank Parente, has won the Lady Patriots much praise in the Pittston Area community.
