Minot Man Charged With More Than 50 Felonies Pleads Not Guilty
(Minot, ND) — A Minot man facing more than 50 felony charges in connection with sexual offenses in three different cases has pleaded not guilty. Julian Monson was in court Thursday for the third case, in which investigators say he tried to solicit sex from an underage girl, and also sent her explicit videos and photos. In that case, he’s charged with attempted use of a minor in a sexual performance, luring minors by computer, and nine counts of promoting obscenity to minors. Monson will be back in court on September 11th for 41 additional felony charges related to the other two cases.

Ahead of its field days September 10-11 at Prosper, North Dakota, Peterson Farms Seed hosted a ‘Sneak-Peek Media Tour’ this past week. PFS owner Carl Peterson highlighted the company’s investment in research and innovation. SANFORD DROPS FROM HUMANA SENIOR PLAN
(Bemidji, MN) — Sanford Health says it is dropping out of the network for Medicare Advantage plans from Humana. Sanford says the Kentucky-based health insurer continually delays patient care and denies coverage for services. According to the Minnesota Star Tribune, nearly 10,000 patients in Minnesota are being notified that the change will take effect next year. Humana is one of the nation’s largest operators of Medicare Advantage health plans where seniors elect to receive their government health care benefits through a private managed care company.
