Indiana State Police arrest man after rape incident at Hanover College
HANOVER, Ind. — Indiana State Police arrested a Clark County man for rape on Monday. According to a press release, Indiana State Police have been investigating an incident of sexual assault involving 22-year-old Jackson Kruer since last fall.
