Man in critical condition after being shot while inside vehicle in Detroit
DETROIT (FOX 2) - A man was shot while inside a vehicle on Wednesday, according to preliminary information from Detroit police. He is currently listed in critical condition. Police responded to the area of Bringard Drive and Rex Avenue on the northeast side of Detroit for a shooting when they found the victim with an apparent gunshot wound.

Lake Orion Man Sentenced to 26-50 Years for Rape and Assault of Ex-Girlfriend in Oakland County
In Oakland County, a harrowing case has reached its conclusion as Adam Richard Williams, a 35-year-old man from Lake Orion, has been condemned to 26-50 years of incarceration for a brutal assault and rape of his ex-girlfriend. According to WWJ Newsradio, Williams's crimes included home invasion, sexual assault, and domestic violence, which occurred on July 31 and August 1, 2023, following the end of his relationship with the victim.
