County Health Department Reminds Residents to Remove Standing Water and Use Repellents. The Westchester County Health Department announced that this season’s first batches of mosquitoes carrying West Nile Virus in Westchester were found in Croton, Mount Vernon, Rye, White Plains and Yonkers.
