New York Tops the Charts in Prenup Agreements
Did you know that almost 1 in 5 New York couples (18%) have a formal prenup in place? Too be honest with you, I would have that number would be higher. TurboDebt decided to do a survey, so they talked to 3,000 married couples to find out how many of them had a prenup. We know that 18% of New York couples have a prenup and it turns out that the Empire State is ahead of the game.
Mount Academy wins gold medal in welding at National Skills USA event
Mount Academy welding students had previously won silver and bronze medals at the National Skills USA Leadership Conference. This year, The Mount took home the gold. The Mount recently won the gold medal in the Welding Fabrication competition at the event in Atlanta. Mount Academy’s team consisted of Ron Maendel, Roland Keiderling, and Rob O’Connell. The Welding Fabrication event tests competitors in areas such as blueprint reading and design, dimensional accuracy, functionality, weld appearance, and teamwork.

Middletown mourns death of beloved former football coach Dick Wolslayer
MIDDLETOWN – Legendary former Middletown football coach Richard “Dick” Wolslayer has died at the age of 84. Wolslayer was the winningest football coach in school history. He was part of the inaugural 2023 Middletown Wall of Fame class, as one of just seven members, and was the first coach enshrined.
