Kalamazoo Man Charged with Open Murder in Case of Missing Mother of Eight
Kalamazoo County has become the focal point of a harrowing case as 39-year-old Carlos Watts Jr. faces the charge of open murder in the disappearance and suspected killing of Heather Kelley, the mother of eight children.
