Central Adirondack Kiwanis hosts annual Food Kart Day
OLD FORGE — The Kiwanis Club of the Central Adirondacks sponsored its 16th Annual Food Kart Day for the Webb Community Food Pantry, earlier this month. The event was very successful, organizers said, and provided the Webb Community Food Pantry, at St. Bartholomew’s Church, with many much needed non-perishable food items.
Five injured after juveniles crash into CDTA bus
Five people had minor injuries after police said juveniles driving a stolen vehicle crashed into a CDTA bus in Albany. The crash happened just after 10 a.m. Monday, July 15 at the intersection of Quail Street and Sherman Street. The occupants of the vehicle left the scene, Albany Police said.
