Resurfacing Project on Eastern Avenue Starts Monday
Team Elmer's will begin a resurfacing project Monday on Eastern Avenue on behalf of the City of Traverse City. Crews will begin resurfacing Eastern Avenue between the Peninsula Drive/M-37 intersection to the eastern terminus of Eastern Avenue (where the city water plant/low pump station is located).
