TEMPLE, Texas — The Temple Police Department is investigating a non-custodial parent-child abduction that occurred on Saturday. At around 1:50 p.m. on July 6, officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of S 31st Street for reports of a child abduction by a non-custodial parent, according to a press release from the department.
