On Tuesday, officers arrested , 42, at the Parole Office on an outstanding Parole Violation Warrant. Wednesday morning, an officer made contact with Allen Ray McFarland, 64, for a leash law violation and discovered McFarland was intoxicated. He was belligerent with the officers and refused to identify himself. McFarland became aggressive and they placed him under arrest for Public Intoxication. He resisted arrest by pulling away and resisting handcuffing. McFarland had to be carried to the patrol unit and put in the unit. They charged him with Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest.
