Paris Police Report For Thursday, July 18
Officers worked a disturbance in the 2200 block of Lamar Avenue. Officers arrived and made contact with Quintarrius Marshaw Dillard, 24, and the victim. The victim advised that Dillard had assaulted them by choking or strangulation with his hands. Officers observed supporting evidence to the victim’s claims and placed Dillard under arrest for assaulting a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation, a Felony. Officers transported him without incident.
