Burgers, seafood and Mediterranean tastes are all on the menu for those seeking a variety of eats.

Three new concepts will join The Warehouse Food Hall this summer, the venue announced on June 17.

Joining the existing food vendors at The Warehouse , located at 370 S. 8th Street in downtown Boise, will be Driftwood Fry House, Mazzah Mediterranean Grill and Totally Smashed.

“With each new vendor, The Warehouse continues to raise the bar,” said Robert Rourk, general manager of the hall. “The diverse offerings cater to every taste, and we can’t wait to welcome guests in to savor these exciting new concepts.”

Driftwood offers seafood dishes such as Alaskan cod, shrimp, lobster bisque, fish and chips and more. The owner, Justin Arroues, also co-owns Don & Charly’s in Boise.

Mazzah will serve up Greek and Middle Eastern dishes that include gyros, falafel, kababs, baba ghannooi and other items. The Warehouse location will be the second for the restaurant in Boise.

Geronimo Hospitality Group owns Totally Smashed, which will offer smash burgers, French fries and milkshakes. The business is now open in the hall and occupies the space that was once Totally Toasted.
