DUI Driver Crashes into Parked Vehicle in Petaluma and Drives Away
A DUI driver was arrested in Petaluma after crashing into a parked vehicle. On Sunday afternoon, several residents called to report a vehicle collision in the 2100 block of Falcon Ridge Drive. Officers determined that a driver crashed into a parked vehicle and drove away from the scene. A short time later, they found the suspected vehicle parked at a nearby residence and contacted the driver involved, 60-year-old Andrew Filshie. Tuba, a Turkish restaurant at 1007 Guerrero St. near 22nd Street, was evicted in June and closed its doors after more than 14 years. The eviction notice, posted on the doors, was dated June 12.
