INDIANAPOLIS (WNDU) - The Indiana Supreme Court has rejected the latest attempt to remove the special judge in the Delphi murders case. Richard Allen is accused of killing 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German in February of 2017 in a case that has drawn attention across the state and the nation. He was arrested and charged with the murders in October of 2022.
