FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Travis Coopwood has joined Sheridan Public Relations (SPR) as a Staff Associate, where she will work on a variety of local, regional and national accounts. Originally from Cleveland, MS, Coopwood recently graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. She gained extensive experience from opportunities provided within the School of Journalism and New Media, such as serving as the publicity chair for the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).

Truck Catches Fire on I-840 in Williamson County
Williamson County Fire and Rescue responded to a fiery car accident on Sunday morning. At 7:10am, a wreck occurred on I-840 near the ten mile marker involving a pick-up truck. The pick-up truck burst into flames upon impact with another vehicle. Thankfully, there were no injuries.

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - Ahead of the 2024 season, Big South-OVC Football Association head coaches from the nine member schools nominated players as Preseason Players to Watch List. Each team could select one player per offensive position (quarterback running back, wide receiver, tight end, offensive line, all-purpose and place kicker) to be included on the Watch List.
