A Boone County man pleads guilty to two charges related to sexually abusing a child. Justin Franks, 46, of Ashland, pleaded guilty Monday to statutory sodomy with a person less than 14 and second-degree child molestation with a child less than 17. He was scheduled to be sentenced August 26.
