A federal lawsuit filed Monday accuses a quasi-governmental organization based in Missouri of illegally overcharging and actively misleading student loan borrowers. Terronce Morris was sentenced to 57 months in federal prison on charges of mail and wire fraud conspiracy, along with aggravated identity theft, according to a press release from the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida.
