Storage unit facility fire caused by issue with HVAC unit, High Point fire crews says
HIGH POINT, N.C. — An issue with a battery bank in a portable HVAC unit caused a fire at a storage unit facility, according to crews with the Winston-Salem Fire Department. On Friday, just before 5:30 p.m., crews said they responded to the 2300 block of Hickswood Road to a reported building fire.
