Temple B'nai Abraham in Bordentown City Welcomes New Associate Rabbi : A new Associate Rabbi will be joining Temple B'nai Abraham in Bordentown City. Aviva Marchione will be taking on the role, according to an announcement by the synagogue. "I am honored and excited to join Temple B'nai Abraham," said Rabbi Aviva. "I look forward to partnering with Rabbi Julie, the synagogue board, and the entire congregation to create meaningful and impactful Jewish experiences. Together, we will continue to build a strong, vibrant, and inclusive community." Temple B'nai Abraham will be holding a special Shabbat service and reception on Friday, July 26 at 7:30PM to formally welcome Rabbi Aviva, in which all members of the congregation and the broader Bordentown community are welcome to attend.
This Week's Lineup at Sunday's Bordentown Farmer's Market : The Bordentown Farmer's Market’s 2024 season is in full swing! After it's grand opening last month, the Market is back on Sunday, July 28. The Market takes place every Sunday from 9AM to 1PM in the outdoor area of the Carslake Community Center, located at 207 Crosswicks Street in Bordentown City and is scheduled to run through October. In case of rain, the Market moves indoors in the Community Center. Every week, residents and visitors will be able to shop farm fresh produce, local baked goods and more while being treated to live music.

The Transition Benefits Workshop will be held between 8:30 a.m and 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 28 at the Bordentown National Armory located at 1048 Route 206 South in Bordentown.
Armed Forces Heritage Museum, County Historical Society Hosting Event Fit for a Queen : The Armed Forces Heritage Museum and the Burlington County Historical Society are hosting a presentation fit for the Queen this weekend. Richard Moody, retired Commander and Carrier Pilot from the British Royal Navy, will be presenting "Flying for the Queen" on Saturday, July 27 at 2PM. Mr. Moody will be speaking about his experiences as a carrier pilot with the British Royal Navy, his time at Britannia Royal Nava College, and his travel with Queen Elizabeth II, in which he was appointed as a Navigator and Meteorologist on the Royal Yacht Britannia for Her Majesty's Royal Tour of Fiji, New Zealand and Australia in 1954.
