    The court conducted the following county business on Monday, January 22, 2024.

    During public comment, Steve Harr spoke about the Elawan Dileo Solar, LLC's certificate of completion as well as the road encroachment permits. Robin Schlemmer also discussed the permits related to the encroachment for the solar project.

    Certificate

    The court passed on action regarding receiving and filing a certificate of completion for Elawan Dileo Solar, LLC.

    No representatives from Elawan were present to speak on the project and its inspection to the court.

    Encroachment permits

    The court approved an encroachment permit application from Miles Whitney along CR 3240 in Bosque County's Precinct 3 with Childress Creek Water Supply.

    The court also approved an encroachment permit application from Barbara Willis at 1573 CR 3535 in Bosque County's Precinct 3.

    The court took no action on several encroachment 15 permit applications from Moss & Associates.

    Topping rock bid

    The court approved awarding the topping rock bid to Arcosa.

    Foreclosed property

    The court approved a resolution to resell tax foreclosed property (R16630) located on the west half of block 26, Bestview Lakeside Addition in Bosque County.

    Continuing education

    The court approved receiving and filing a certificate of completion for 20 hours continuing education and one hour of cybersecurity training for District Clerk Juanita Miller.

    Reports

    The Bosque County Emergency Manager Turner presented his Bosque County OEM report.

    The court approved receiving and filing the December 2023 monthly report from District Clerk Juanita Miller.

    Usual business

    The court approved payment of claims, salaries, and wages against county and precinct funds and ordered the county treasurer to disburse the funds.

    The court approved extending the COVID-19 declaration of disaster issued by the county judge for an additional seven days.
