One woman dead in Bossier Parish following severe storms
BOSSIER PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office shared that one person has died following strong storms on Monday. According to a press release, Bossier Sheriff Julian Whittington reports that the sheriff’s office has received numerous reports of storm damage in the area and that deputies and crews are currently working to clear it. Officials say the damage includes trees down on powerlines, roads, and structures. Many areas are also without power.
