Mainly dry Monday, rain on the way
DRY FOR NOW We are starting the morning off with temperatures in the 60s heading out the door and a mostly clear sky. Clouds will filter through at times this afternoon, highs will reach the mid-80s inland and upper 70s at the coast thanks to a developing sea breeze. While most stay dry today, we can’t rule out an isolated pop-up this afternoon. RAIN ON THE WAY Steady rain will arrive overnight leaving us with some wet roads for the Tuesday morning commute. Showers won’t last all day and will wind down by mid-morning, there will still be a few pop-ups at times in the afternoon but most stay dry. It won’t be as hot Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the upper 70s, but it will be awfully humid. A stalled front will lead to more rain and the risk for some thunder Wednesday and Thursday, plan on some dry times too. Be sure to check back in with us for the latest timing of this wet weather and the other weather concerns we will be monitoring this week.
