Chances of storms arrive in the afternoon on Monday, isolated in nature, and highs in the mid 80s. Tuesday and Wednesday will feature the best chances of scattered storms this week, with temperatures cooling by the middle of the week to the lower to mid 80s. HAMILTON, Ill. — A man was rescued from flood waters Saturday morning while he was kayaking in the Mississippi River.
