    Boston concerts this week

    The Dropkick Murphys take over Boston's concert scene every St. Patrick's Day with a string of shows and this year's no different.

    • They're playing a four-night stint at the House of Blues and Fenway Music Hall.

    • Things will also get heavy with Between The Buried And Me at the Paradise and Chelsea Wolfe at Royale.
    • Matisyahu, Jon Batiste, Ministry, Gary Numan and Sleater-Kinney will also be in town.

    Wednesday

    Waterparks is at MGM Music Hall at Fenway.

    Mason Ramsey plays at Brighton Music Hall.

    The Drowns, Michael Kane And The Morning Afters are on the bill at Deep Cuts.

    Thursday

    The Dropkick Murphys kick off their St. Paddy's Day Boston stand at the House of Blues.

    Between The Buried And Me went and made metalcore all proggy 20 years ago. They're at Paradise Rock Club.

    Mindchatter will come to The Sinclair.

    Friday

    Offset plays at the House of Blues.

    Juanes will be at the Orpheum Theatre.

    Between The Buried And Me play a second show, along with the Acacia Strain at the Paradise Rock Club.

    Gothic Rock singer-songwriter Chelsea Wolfe is at Royale.

    Tigran Hamasyan will be at Berklee Performance Center.

    The Shirts And Shoes play at Faces Brewing.

    If it's St. Paddy's Week, the Dropkick Murphys will be at MGM Music Hall at Fenway.

    Saturday

    The Dropkick Murphys are still at it at MGM Music Hall at Fenway.

    Haitian singer Arly Lariviere will be at Roadrunner.

    Jam band veterans The Disco Biscuits play at the House of Blues.

    Multi-instrumentalist Jon Batiste plays at Orpheum Theatre on his "Uneasy" tour.

    American reggae rapper Matisyahu is at the Paradise Rock Club.

    Celtic rockers Enter The Haggis will be at City Winery.

    Sunday

    The Dropkick Murphys play the big St. Patrick's Day show at MGM Music Hall at Fenway.

    Grrl rioters Sleater-Kinney come to the Paradise Rock Club.

    Sleepytime Gorilla Museum brings avant garde metal to The Sinclair.

    Monday

    Ministry & Gary Numan bring all the dark '80s vibes you can handle to Roadrunner.

    Bombay Bicycle Club plays at Royale.
