TD Bank is closing seven branches in Massachusetts, including two in Boston.

In addition to the Boston locations, the bank is closing branches in Belmont, Brewster, Burlington, Lexington, and Pocasset (Bourne).

According to a bank statement, the branches will close on Sept. 20.

According to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, two other branches were recently closed in Worcester and South Hadley.

“The bank regularly evaluates its physical store network and looks for opportunities to better align our network of stores to best serve our customers through an optimal mix of convenient TD Bank locations and digital banking products and services,” TD Bank said in a statement.

TD Bank said they are making the transition “as smooth as possible” for impacted customers. Additionally, the bank will support impacted colleagues with resources to assist with the transition.
