Former Boston Red Sox outfielder has spent the last few months playing for the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League, breaking the league's hit streak record with 28 consecutive games with a hit.

Now, while the streak is still alive, he's getting an opportunity to return to the MLB, signing a deal with the New York Mets, according to the Ducks .

Bradley had two stints with the Red Sox, playing with the team from 2013-20 and again in 2022. He also spent time with the Milwaukee Brewers, Toronto Blue Jays and Kansas City Royals.

In 964 games with Boston over nine seasons, he hit .236 with a .719 OPS, 101 home runs, 405 RBIs and 62 stolen bases. He helped the Red Sox win two World Series, earned ALCS MVP in 2018 and was an All-Star in 2016.
