    A FEW STORMS TODAY

Areas of fog will last through 9 AM this morning. Plan on mostly cloudy and mostly dry weather again today. It will be warmer than yesterday with highs in the lower and almost tropical humidity. A cold front will move across the region today, triggering a few afternoon downpours or thunderstorms. Showers chances will peak from 2-6 PM and will tend to be focused in eastern and southeastern MA (including the Boston area) with drier conditions in northwestern MA and southern NH.

    FRIDAY & THE WEEKEND

Skies will clear tonight following the front. Dew points will also drop form the lower 70s to the upper 50s - that means a big drop in humidity! Enjoy the comfortable, bright weather Friday. Highs will peak in the lower to mid 80s in Boston to Worcester, with 70s on Cape Cod.

Sunshine will last straight through the weekend with upper 70s to lower 80s at the beaches and 80s inland. It will get a little warmer as the weekend goes with a slight increase in humidity levels on Sunday.
