Jin Korean BBQ Has Its Eyes on the Former Bone Fish Grill Location

According to a recent lease signing, Jin Korean BBQ has filed for a location in Bothell at 22616 Bothell Everett Highway Building C.

A representative of Jin Korean BBQ was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and overall information about Jin Korean BBQ is limited, the space was previously home to Bone Fish Grill according to the lease signing.

For the property itself, according to Loop Net , Jin Korean BBQ will be a part of the Crystal Creek Building F. The property was built in 2009 and boasts 8,780 square feet of gross leasable area. The first floor, which Jin Korean BBQ will reside on, consists of 2,967 square feet.

Washington Company Search states that Jin Korean BBQ was incorporated on April 30th, 2024. Keuk Chan Yang and Jaekun Park are listed to be behind the LLC. According to the search, Keuk Chan is also listed as being behind Silverlake Ramen Seattle INC.
