Hochul Sweeps Through East End With Money for Projects
New York Governor Kathy Hochul made a dash through the Hamptons August 9 delivering money for projects for the East End. Much of her visit was spent touting projects in Montauk, where she announced $2.5 million for the second phase of restoration of Ditch Plains Beach and to designate the marine and coastal areas off the shore of Montauk Point as a Bird Conservation Area.

General adult tickets to the fair cost $8 (up from $6 in 2023) and are available online. Parking is $12 per vehicle, up from $10 in 2023. Fair admission will once again be cashless (card only).
