The home team brought home five medals in all categories. Taco Bell’s signature Baja Blast was launched in partnership with Mtn Dew 20 years ago and the company is celebrating the milestone with a Bajaversary promotion. The campaign kicks off July 29 with a free, medium-sized Mtn Dew Baja Blast fountain drink or regular-sized Baja Blast Freeze, available for one day only. Las Vegas Police Arrest Suspect Accused of Murder Following Woman's Death After Vehicle Dispute
On the night of June 28, an unidentified woman was found deceased on the streets of Las Vegas, kicking off an investigation that has led to the arrest of a suspect accused of murder. According to a press release from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, officers were dispatched to the intersection of East Yuma Avenue and South Frank Street at around 11:27 p.m., where they discovered the woman unresponsive. Medics pronounced her dead at the scene. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has since identified 36-year-old Alejandro Cisneros as a suspect in what they believe to be a homicide. Cisneros was apprehended on July 24, nearly a month after the incident, by the Criminal Apprehension Team, a cooperative effort involving the FBI and several local law enforcement agencies.
