Shadeur Sanders' Cryptic Five-Word Message to College Football Fans Turns Heads

    By Grant Young,

Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shadeur Sanders has a lot of expectations before this upcoming college football season.

Despite a season where Sanders threw for 3,231 yards, 27 touchdowns, and ran for four more scores, Deion Sanders' youngest son is still a long shot to compete for the Heisman Trophy award.

Although that isn't halting Sanders' confidence in the slightest.

On Wednesday, Sanders posted on X writing, "The legacy already been written".

The post already has 34,000 views, barely two hours since it was posted.

And fans are coming up with ways to roast the quarterback for what he said.

"A legacy of zero SEC championships," one fan wrote in reply that has amassed over 80 likes and 2,300 views.

Clearly fans didn't seem to mind that Sanders has never played in the SEC before.

"4-8," another fan wrote, which references Colorado's record during the 2023 NCAA season.

Another fan added, "4 wins is a legacy now? Standards have changed."

"Try playing a bowl game first," chided a fourth.

Sanders has a great opportunity to prove a lot of haters during his 2024 NCAA football campaign.
