Paul Finebaum Reveals Why He Is Sick Of Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders

The Georgia Bulldogs are the favorites heading into the 2024 season. The Bulldogs have won two of the last three national championships and were ranked No. 1 throughout last season until they lost in the SEC Championship Game.
The discussion about which team is ranked No. 2 in the country continues. The Oregon Ducks, Ohio State Buckeyes and the Texas Longhorns are considered top contenders. Colorado Buffaloes star quarterback Shedeur Sanders stated on his podcast that he believes the No. 2 spot belongs to his Colorado Buffaloes.
ESPN's Paul Finebaum criticized Sanders for his comments, expressing frustration with Sanders' offseason talk despite winning only four games last season.
"I'm sick of Shedeur Sanders," Finebaum said. "He has said two of the dumbest things I have ever heard. The first one was, 'We're everybody's Super Bowl.' I mean, Shedeur, you are on a four-win team. You may be a great player, but your team is horrible."
Finebaum strongly expressed that Sanders should "get over" himself before moving on to his next destination, which Finebaum assumes is the NFL. He concluded that Colorado is a "dead-end" place, and although the Buffaloes will be better this year than last year, they are still not a significant factor.
Now Sanders and his team must prove doubters like Finebaum wrong and surprise the college football world.
