ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - On Howell Mill Road in Atlanta, Howell’s Kitchen & Bar is in the spotlight after failing a routine health inspection. The Fulton County restaurant scored 62 points and a “U” for unsatisfactory. The report states knives stored in the kitchen were touching a dirty pipe. Plus, hamburgers, chicken and coleslaw were at unsafe temperatures. And there was an abundance of fruit flies and a roach-like insect seen crawling up the wall.
