A heat advisory and a severe thunderstorm warning were issued in the Greater Cincinnati area Monday afternoon. Northeast Butler County, Northwest Warren County and Southwest Montgomery County are under a severe thunderstorm warning until 4 p.m., the weather service said. Dayton, Ohio – As part of the Dayton Recovery Plan, the City of Dayton has set aside more than $18 million for housing development and renovations in what appears to be an effort in improving the overall condition of the housing landscape across the city.
