Montgomery man charged in the shooting death of Darius Gunn
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - The Montgomery Police Department announced that a man has been arrested in connection to the June 18 shooting death of Darius Gunn. According to MPD, they have charged 19-year-old Zephaniah Lowery of Montgomery with capital murder. He was identified as the suspect that shot and killed 27-year-old Darius Gunn on the Eastern Boulevard in Montgomery on June 18 just before midnight.
