LINCOLN — Nebraska renters would get some financial relief in the form of an income tax credit under a pair of proposals to be considered by the Legislature. State Sens. Treynor's Osborn crowned Westfair Queen
(Council Bluffs) -- A Treynor High School student was crowned Westfair royalty earlier this week. Monica Osborn was crowned the 2024 Westfair Queen during a coronation ceremony to kick off fair festivities on Tuesday. A senior at Treynor High this fall, Osborn is the student body president and serves on the Iowa State 4-H Council. Osborn says receiving the crown earlier this week meant a lot.
