Allegiant Air flights from Hagerstown affected by Microsoft outage, no effects on countywide 911 and emergency services
19 July 2024- The Washington County Office of Emergency Management is currently monitoring a nationwide Microsoft outage. At this time, there are no effects impacting Washington County. We will provide updates if the situation changes and impacts our county operations. We want to assure the public that 911 and emergency services are still operational and are not being affected by the outage.
F&M Trust donates $5,000 to support The Maryland Theatre’s Century Club
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — F&M Trust recently donated $5,000 to The Maryland Theatre in support of its Century Club, which consists of community members who believe in the arts and have made a commitment to the historic preservation of the theater built in 1915. Hagerstown Police confirmed Friday morning they are investigating a homicide from a shooting early Thursday afternoon near downtown Hagerstown, said Ashley Roush, community liaison coordinator for the police department.
