Homestyle Scratch Kitchen Opening in Brandon

Kingsway Shopping Center , the retail center located on the southeast corner of Kingsway Road and East Windhorst Road in Brandon , will soon be home to a brand-new restaurant serving a selection of salads, sandwiches, desserts, and more. Plan review paperwork submitted by TALN Foodgroup LLC shows Homestyle Scratch Kitchen opening at 1215 Kingsway Road .

The restaurant recently revealed its menu in a post on its Facebook page .

“The wait is over!!!” the post says. “Here is what we will be serving at HOMESTYLE Scratch Kitchen… OPENING SOON!!!”

The menu includes sandwiches like the Hot Pressed Italian, Porkroll & Cheese, and Sausage & Peppers. There are Specialty items like Italian Sausage Bread, Pepperoni & Cheese Bread, and Meatloaf served with one of Homestyle’s sides. These include Mac & Cheese, a Veggie of the Day, and Roasted Potatoes.

The dessert menu features choices like Ricotta Pie, Stuffoli, and Anise Biscotti.

Behind Homestyle Scratch Kitchen is owner Donna Berry . What Now reached out to Berry on Friday to inquire about plans for Homestyle’s opening. Berry was not immediately available for comment.
